Jefa legacy is a leadership development podcast for impact-driven and rule-breaker Latinas to explore the journey of women like them becoming powerful, confident, and intentional leaders in their community. It will be a deep dive into the unique challenges Latinas face as they navigate leadership topics like unlocking personal strengths, embracing a multicultural identity, overcoming failure, building self-trust, and many more. Host Crystal Alvarez is a queer, first-generation Latina with a lifelong passion for leadership, creativity, and multimedia. She is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, digital strategist, multimedia journalist, DEI professor, and youth soccer coach. Her mission is to empower the Latinx community to thrive by sharing leadership tools and amplifying the stories of Latinx leaders - with the hope of starting a chain reaction of positive impact that lasts generations.
